I got into real estate because I felt like a failure. I was 29 years old living in a crappy apartment with 3 kids. I remember promising to myself growing up that I would make a better life for my family than I had. Instead of giving up I went and did research, found a better job at that time and started my journey on buying a house. At that time even with the new job, I didn’t think there was a chance in hell i would manage to buy a home. They were way to expensive. How would I even manage to come up with the money and still feed my family? I had no credit what so ever.

I know a lot of people that are in a similar situation. Feeling they are at the bottom of a giant mountain with a blizzard blowing everytime they attempt to go up! For me getting the house was the key for access to the climbing equipment I needed and honestly a real estate agent and lender to pick me up when I fell. My first agent experience was not great, though my second one was the inspiration that showed me something I could do to help people.

I finally felt like I was supporting my family and growing my wealth. I feel that buying a home has pushed my life forward and I want to do the same for other people. Whether you need a $30,000 mobile home or you have been running your business for years and are buying your multi million dollar dream home.

Why am I different?

I will always answer my phone or call you back in a timely manner (we have all had that real estate experience I believe. I will always be a listening ear. I will never give up on helping you even if you may have given up on yourself. I am personally invested in helping you find success in your real estate venture.
